Contour
Network map
A topology studio that turns discovered devices and links into a map where confirmed, inferred, and unknown are visibly different.
Inferred from a partial discovery. The link stays lighter until it is confirmed.
What it solves
A discovery dump is not a map. Incomplete graphs, overlapping sites, and guessed links become misleading the moment they are drawn with the same weight.
Capabilities
- A readable map of sites, edges, and access layers
- Confirmed, inferred, and review links drawn differently
- Unknown nodes that stay on the map without becoming fact
- A path you can follow from core to the edge
Where it gets hard
- The graph is always missing something
- Layout has to stay readable when a node appears
- Inferred links cannot borrow the confidence of confirmed ones
- Two sites will overlap unless the map has a point of view
In the loop
An agent proposes groupings and likely links from discovery data.
An engineer locks the structure and decides which links are allowed to look certain.
Studio product example. Not a client case study, and not a claim about results.
